Started
How do I make a booking?
All you have to do is head to our home page where you get a free quote online in seconds, once on the booking page just select the time and date that you want us to clean your home.

It’s as simple as that and will only take you 60 seconds.

Once you have completed your booking you will receive a confirmation email instantly.

Do I need to enter my card details to book?
Yes. We need to take payment information to book your appointment, but your card will not be charged until after your professional home and domestic cleaning has been successfully completed.

What if I don’t want to book online?
That’s OK if you don’t want to book online – we have a dedicated Customer Service Team here at SnapClean so just give us a call on 1300 583 982 or email us at support@snapclean.com.au and leave your number and one of the team will call you back.”
Can I make a same day or last minute booking?
Of course! Just give us a call on 1300 583 982 and we will book you in for that short notice house clean at a time that suits you

How much will it cost?
The cost is determined by the size of your home, to get free quote online just head to our home page and we can provide you an obligation free quote in less than a minute.
What services do the cleaners provide?
We offer three types of cleaning service.

Standard clean which is a lighter clean that covers all the important areas of the house, perfect if you book a regular clean with us.

A deep clean which is a more thorough clean which we recommend if your house hasn’t been cleaned professionally in the last three months.

We can also offer you move in/move out cleans which includes the spot cleaning of all walls and cleaning inside all of your cupboards. We can also offer you extra cleaning services.

What is a deep clean?
A deep clean is for first-time customers or customers who haven’t had their home professionally cleaned in the last three months. We do a LOT of extra things for a deep clean, and we use a much more detailed checklist so we don’t miss all the little spots (e.g. windowsills and on top of the fridge).
How do I know what's been cleaned?
All of our cleaners work to a checklist that we guarantee to complete. They work through your home, ticking off the tasks as they complete them. That way you can be confident that all of the tasks have been completed to the highest SnapClean standard.
Do you offer an end of tenancy/bond cleaning cleaning?
Yes! SnapClean offers carpet cleaning as part of our cleaning services. We charge by number of rooms. Just ask us about carpet cleaning when you book online, via email, or over the phone and we will be happy to help you make your carpets look amazing again.

Ours teams normally utilise a truck-mounted carpet cleaning machine which uses hot water extraction to give you the best results.

Your Booking
Can I book a regular clean?
Sure can! Just select the frequency of your home clean, monthly, fortnightly or even weekly, when you make your booking. To say thank you we will even offer you a SnapClean discount for booking a regular home and domestic cleaning service.

After your first booking, your future appointments will be automatically booked in so you can expect your professional home cleaner at the selected time.

Do you offer discounts for regular customers?
Yes we do. If you book a regular home and domestic clean with SnapClean you can get:

  • 10% discount for a monthly home clean
  • 15% discount for fortnightly home clean
  • 20% discount for a regular weekly home clean
How often should I book?
Those who live in medium-sized homes are typically satisfied with having it cleaned on a monthly basis. However, it is also not uncommon for people wanting someone to clean their house every week or two.

A good recommendation is to start with a fortnightly clean, and you can adjust the schedule from there if you want more or less frequent visits from your booking.”

Can I book for any time?
We put you into control so you will be able to view and select available appointment times from our online calendar. Our professional home cleaners can start anytime between 8AM and 4 PM
Can I request special tasks or extras?
Of course! We put you in control so if you have got a particular product you would like us to use in your kitchen or a precious vase you want us to avoid when dusting just include the information in your booking. We will then pass these details onto your home cleaner.
How do I edit a booking?
It is simple to edit your booking, just email or call us.

So if you change your mind and decide to add on an oven clean or choose to book a deep instead of a standard clean we can accommodate that request.

If you wish to edit your booking less than 24 hours before your clean then please call the Customer Service Team on 1300 583 982.

Day of Clean
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?
Yes, our professional home and domestic cleaning teams come completely prepared to make your house shine!

They will bring the following:

  • Vacuum cleaner (if you don’t have one)
  • Mop and bucket
  • Kitchen and bathroom cleaner
  • Window and glass cleaner
  • Furniture spray
  • Oven cleaner
  • Non abrasive spray
  • Bleach
  • Non abrasive cleaner
  • Sponge cleaners
  • Cloths for windows, floors, furniture
  • Steel scourers
  • Gloves
  • Products against lime scale and mould
How many cleaners do you send?
We typically send teams of 2, but for smaller properties we will usually send just one cleaner to get the job done.
What time will the cleaners arrive?
Our cleaners will always try to arrive on time for your clean however please do note when booking we ask for a 2 hour arrival window to take into account heavy traffic and unforeseen events.

We recommend if you need to leave your house for example by 11am that you book your clean for 10:00am-11:00pm arrival to make sure the cleaners are there in plenty of time before you need to leave.

Payment
How do I redeem a discount code, voucher, or gift card?
You can enter any discount codes or gift card vouchers you have in the booking page section for “Discount codes”. Alternatively just let us know what discounts you have when you book over the phone and our team will apply it to your booking for you.
How do I pay?
We take your credit or debit card details at the time of booking, however we will only collect payment after your cleaning service has been performed. We accept all major credit cards (including American Express) and debit cards for payment.
Is my card payment secure?
Yes it is, our payment technology is provided by Stripe. Stripe is one of the world’s largest payment processing companies and is utilised by many businesses. Their SSL encrypted, PCL compliant system is completely secure and trusted by companies worldwide. You can read more about them on stripe.com
When will my card be charged?
We will never charge your card before your clean. We will only take payment after your cleaning service has been performed on the after your service around 5am – 6am.
Will I be charged if I cancel my booking?
If you cancel your clean within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we have to charge you a cancellation fee of $70.
Extra Services
What extra services do SnapClean provide?
For an extra charge you can book a number of services on top of your clean including:

  • Cleaning the oven
  • Cleaning the fridge
  • Cleaning the inside of your windows
  • A deep cleaning
  • A move in/move out cleaning
  • Cleaning the walls
  • Cleaning the cabinets
  • Doing a load of laundry”
Is there anything you can’t do?
We would like to say no, that anything is possible here at SnapClean. However we don’t clean the outsides of windows, mow lawns or walk your dog. Yet.

We do plan on offering these services in the future and we are growing quickly. We also plan on offering office cleaning in the future, if one of these services is something you are interested in just let us know and we will be happy to connect you with a wonderful professional.

However if you do have any special requests or want a hand in arranging any of the above then just get in touch as we would love to help you.

Can I make regular or one-off special requests?

Yes of course, if you need to add an extra service to a booking once or on-going just select it on your SnapClean account. Otherwise feel free to give us a call on 1300 583 982 and we can assist with that.

Can I trust my home cleaning professional?
Of course! We hire only the most motivated, reliable, thorough and experienced cleaners in your area. To be accepted as a professional home and domestic cleaner for SnapClean all our candidates must undertake a rigorous selection and recruitment process.

This includes a telephone interview followed by a face to face interview. If they pass these steps, we then perform a reference check on all of the teams.

Do cleaning professionals go through a background check?
Yes, cleaners must submit a valid police when applying to be part of the team.
Can you provide a replacement cleaner if my cleaner goes on holiday?
Yes, we will. Your professional home and domestic cleaner will need to take a well-deserved holiday from time to time and when they do we will send another reliable home and domestic cleaning cleaner around to complete your home clean to the usual SnapClean standard.

Keys
Do I need to be home for my booking?
No you don’t need to be home whilst we clean your home. If you would like to leave the key with a neighbour or somewhere secure then we can collect it. Just add instructions when you make your booking.

On your first clean with SnapClean we do like you to be home so you can show us around your property and point out any areas that you would like us to focus on so we can ensure a professional home clean that fits exactly what you want, but we understand that isn’t always possible.

Can I leave my keys with my cleaner?
Of course, if you book a regular clean with us we will always assign the same home cleaner to the job. If you would like to leave your keys with your home cleaner they will keep them secure for your next home clean.
Feedback
How do I give feedback?
We will send you an email once the clean is complete asking you for feedback. Please do take time to complete this as we like to give our cleaners a bonus for receiving a five star review.

We promise to act on any feedback you send us as we are a young company trying to improve so please do share any suggestions that you have on how we can improve.
